Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TinyTrack ("the app"), a baby tracking application available on the Apple App Store. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TinyTrack is a personal tool for parents and caregivers to track their baby's feeding, sleep, diaper changes, growth, health, medications, and developmental milestones. The app stores data locally on your device with optional iCloud synchronization.

2. Free Tier and Premium Subscription

Free Tier

TinyTrack offers a free access period of 30 days from the date you add your first child. During this period, all logging features are available at no charge.

Premium Subscription

After the free access period, a premium subscription is required for continued logging. Premium also unlocks additional features:

• Unlimited logging with no time restrictions
• Extra color themes (Sky, Lavender, Mint, Dark Ruby, OLED Black)
• AES-256 data encryption for sensitive data
• Smart Insights (sleep & feeding pattern analysis)
• PDF report export for your pediatrician

Subscription Plans

Prices are in USD. Actual prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency in the app.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Introductory Offers

TinyTrack does not currently offer an App Store introductory subscription trial. Any future introductory offer, promotional offer, or subscription discount will be shown by Apple before purchase.

3. Your Data

• You own all data you enter into TinyTrack
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
• You can delete your data at any time from within the app
• We do not access, collect, or process your data — see our Privacy Policy for details

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose (baby care tracking)
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, icons, and content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data will never be lost (we recommend enabling iCloud backup)
• The app will meet all your requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

8. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
